“If it isn’t a little scary, it probably isn’t worth your time.” ~Ted Murphy
Being a little scared is a sure sign that we are stretching ourselves outside our comfort zone.
And, of course, all growth lies just outside our comfort zone, and anything that leads to growth is always worth our time.
If you’re never doing anything that scares you, chances are you aren’t doing any growing either.
What have you been doing lately that scares you?
What do you want to be doing that you’ve let fear keep you away from?
What would it take to be willing to move forward even in the face of that fear?
