“The world is round, and the place which may seem like the end may also be the beginning.” ~Ivy Baker Priest
Sometimes with endings we are looking forward to (like a graduation), it is easy to see how the ending also marks the beginning of something new.
More often, when the ending is not something we would have chosen for ourselves, we can stare so long as the door that has shut in front of us that we miss the new beginning that is also taking place.
There are times when figuring out why the ending happened, determining whether it’s really an ending or just a temporary pause, or working out issues related to the ending are important, but be sure you spend just as much time watching for and creating the new beginning that is equally present.
What new beginnings have endings created in your life? Are you making the most of those beginnings?
